DH Pitch Shifter

Thanks to Dean Hazelwanter for this project. This is a great effect with lots of possible sounds available. The board will fit in a Hammond 1590C size box with the board under the pots and switches.  The HT8950  IC (18 pin version) is available from Small Bear Electronics LLC.
