2014-05-05 - Started History File.
2014-05-05 - Added Jumper to the MAX1044 on the layout/wiring diagram.
2014-10-12 - Corrected the schematic in 3 updates; charge pump connection to Q1, IC2 connections to R6 and "Peak control" and R15 connection to -9v.  Also updated the layout for 7660 charge pump and wiring to the gain potentiometer was corrected.
2014-11-10 - Removed some incorrect text on the layout diagram.
2017-07-25 - Updated layout with C1, C4 correction.
